Content review and archival policy
How the content on this website is created, checked, reviewed and retired.
Who owns the content
Every figure belongs to the Gram Panchayat, municipality, district or department that reported it. The SDG Cell at KILA owns the pages that explain the platform, and the Union Territory Administration owns what is published.
No figure reaches this website without passing through the approval chain: the officer who enters it cannot be the person who approves it.
How often it is reviewed
Figures are reviewed once per reporting cycle. A cycle has a submission deadline, after which the values are verified, scored and published.
Policy pages, help text and contact details are reviewed at least once a year, and whenever the arrangement they describe changes. The date of the last review is printed at the foot of each page.
Indicator definitions, targets, weights and performance bands are reviewed by the SDG Cell before each publication, and every change is recorded in the platform's audit log with the name of the officer who made it.
Before anything is published
A figure must be approved at every level of its chain before it can be scored.
Scores must be calculated by the platform's own scoring engine; they are never typed in by hand.
A reporting period must be released deliberately by an officer who holds publishing rights. Until then nothing from that period appears on the public website.
Archival
Reporting periods are never deleted. A past period stays on the platform and remains readable, so a figure published in an earlier cycle can still be traced.
Approved submissions and the audit log are retained permanently as the official record of what was reported and by whom.
Pages that are withdrawn from the public website are withdrawn as a whole reporting period, not figure by figure, so the published set always remains internally consistent.
