A figure looks wrong
Write to sdgcell@kila.ac.in with the name of the Gram Panchayat or district, the indicator, the reporting period, and the figure you expected.
Every published figure was reported by a unit and approved through a chain of officers, and the platform keeps a record of who did what. We can trace any figure back and tell you where it came from.
A page will not work
Write to helpdesk@kila.ac.in. Please say which page, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
If you can, tell us which browser you were using and whether you were signed in. It shortens the search considerably.
Something is hard to use or read
If any part of this website is difficult to use with a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or high contrast, please tell us at helpdesk@kila.ac.in and say which page and what happened.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Where we fall short we would rather know, and the Accessibility statement lists what we already know about.

What happens to your message
Messages are acknowledged and routed to whoever can act on them — the SDG Cell for figures, the helpdesk for faults, the owning department where a reported figure is disputed.
We do not use feedback addresses for any purpose other than answering you.
